I would also like to Congratulate Travis Taylor on becoming a State Champion! Travis not only became the first state champion for Prairie Valley but he also became the first high school state champ for High Altitude! Great job Travis and Coach Miller (Travis's High School Wrestling Coach). This was Coach Miller's first state champ as well!
As I have always said wrestling is a sport you can easily get better at. Most kids won't work hard and complain about drilling in the off season for 2 hours a week. Travis worked out 3-4 nights a week and attended numerous camps always wanting to improve and get better! His hard work paid off!
Now it is time to take a little break, enjoy the GOLD, refocus and win another State Championship!
Great Job Travis You DESERVE it!
